Mr. Ritesh Sachdeva leads the Group's growth strategy, operational excellence initiatives, and investment management activities.
With expertise spanning fuel retailing, LPG distribution, manufacturing operations, real estate, and strategic investments, he oversees the execution and expansion of the Group's core business verticals.

Head, Infrastructure Division
Ms. Disha Kapoor leads the Infrastructure Division and is responsible for the independent planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of a wide range of water infrastructure projects across North India.
With a strong understanding of infrastructure development and project management, she oversees every stage of the project lifecycle — from conceptualization and design coordination to implementation, commissioning, and operational support. Her expertise spans pumping stations, water supply networks, distribution systems, and other critical infrastructure essential for reliable access to water resources.
Under her leadership, the Infrastructure Division has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure solutions for prestigious government agencies and institutions — strengthening water supply infrastructure and improving public utility services across the region.
